TRADITION, PRESTIGE AND VISION
Our history as a construction company for renovations of excellence
Every great company is born from a clear vision, experienced hands and a genuine passion for its craft. Vraza Costruzioni is now a solid construction company for renovations and fine new construction, but its story begins well before its corporate formalization, in the country yards where the Tuscan building tradition has always required care, experience and respect for the land.
Founded in 2013, our company has its roots in a family experience gained over the years, made up of small interventions, farmhouse restoration, agricultural accommodation and work for private individuals. Over time, what was an artisan activity has grown into an organized and complete structure, capable of handling complex renovations, articulated construction sites and integrated turnkey interventions.
A JOURNEY OF GROWTH, PEOPLE AND TRUST
Our roots lie in a close-knit team, united by a solid and shared work ethic. From there, the development of demand and the satisfaction of our first clients gave impetus to growth, prompting us to strengthen and expand our operational set-up. Today, Vraza Construction has more than 30 in-house workers, skilled technicians, site managers, project managers, administrative employees and external collaborators who share one goal: to excel in construction quality and comprehensive project management.
In more than 10 years, we have tackled building renovations of all kinds: from rural properties to listed historic residences to newly built villas in hilly and scenic areas. This has enabled us to acquire not only in-depth technical skills, but also a working method based on precision, planning and customization.
NEW CONSTRUCTION,
SAME DNA
In parallel with renovations, we develop new construction projects that express the same level of quality and refinement. Here we bring to bear all our design and operational expertise to create custom-built properties, modern in structure but always consistent with the spirit of the Tuscan landscape.
Vraza's signature new buildings are created with an integrated approach that takes into account aesthetics, functionality, energy consumption, living comfort, and enhancement of the surrounding area. From the contemporary villa surrounded by greenery to the exclusive residential complex, each new property is designed to offer beauty, efficiency, and superior construction quality.
Our method is the same as the one we apply to renovations: listening to the client, clear definition of goals, and strict attention to timelines and quality of materials.
Over time, we have built a reality capable of tackling complex jobs in an agile and organized manner. Our in-house workers, combined with a full fleet of earthmoving equipment and the constant presence of technical direction on site, allow us to guarantee continuity, reliability and total control at every stage.
We routinely collaborate with architectural firms, designers, suppliers of luxury finishes and green specialists. This allows us to present ourselves as a comprehensive partner, able to tackle renovations of fine residences or new construction with a sartorial edge, meeting the highest demands of the high-end real estate market.
THE FUTURE: BUILDING WITH RESPECT AND VISION
We look forward to steady but conscious growth. We invest in training our staff, technological upgrading and sustainability. Natural materials, green building techniques and environmentally friendly solutions are an integral part of our offerings.
Being a remodeling contractor today also means being able to respond to new housing needs, which are increasingly oriented toward wellness, healthfulness and energy efficiency. And we are there, ready to interpret this change with the solidity of those who have a concrete history behind them.
